5. Installation

• Indoor Monitor

• Choose an appropriate installation spot out of direct sunlight. The

recommended installation height is 1.6m.

• Measure the distance between the holes on the mounting bracket and

drill holes accordingly. Place a plug into each hole and fix the bracket

using the screws.

• Wire the videophone according to the wiring diagram.

• Fix the indoor monitor firmly onto the bracket.

• Outdoor Camera

• Choose an appropriate installation spot out of direct

sunlight and rain. The recommended installation height is

1.6m.

• Measure the distance between the holes on the mounting

bracket and drill holes accordingly. Place a plug into each

hole and fix the bracket using the screws.

• Wire the outdoor camera according to the wiring diagram.

• Place the intercom unit firmly into the bracket and tighten

with the screw.

6. Use

• As soon as a visitor presses the doorbell, the videophone will chime and display the image picked up from the intercom

unit. Press to talk (the image will be displayed for 2 minutes). The image will be displayed for 30 seconds if the

button is not pressed.

• The door can be opened by pressing the unlocking button provided that an optional door latch has been installed

(drive voltage of 12V).

• Press the button to display the image picked up from the intercom unit at any time. The image will automatically

disappear after 10 seconds.

• Press to activate the alarm.

• Adjust the volume, the hue and the brightness no using the corresponding adjustment sliders.
