Thank you for buying this OFK optic fibre kit! Read this manual carefully before bringing the device into service.

Make sure that the device was not damaged in transit. If it was, don’t install the device and contact your dealer. If the

power cord is damaged, have it exclusively replaced by an authorised dealer, service centre or qualified person. This

device is for indoor use only; when installing it, make sure it is not exposed to extreme heat, moisture or dust. Avoid

shaking the device or using brute force when installing or operating the device. Use the original packaging if the

device is to be transported. All modifications on this device are forbidden and will void the guarantee. If the device is

installed or operated differently than described in this manual, the product may be damaged and the guarantee

becomes void.

2. Safety Instructions

• This device falls under protection class I. It is therefore essential that the device be earthed. Have a qualified

person carry out the electric connection.

• Do not expose your kit to naked flame sources.

• Do not impede the ventilation by covering the ventilation openings with objects.

• Make sure to keep a distance of min. 1m between the device and any other object.

3. Installation Instructions

As we have included all required components to form this kit, the installation is very simple. Drill holes, a little larger

than the fibre diameter (see below), in your false ceiling. Insert the fibres into the holes and fix them on the backside

of the ceiling with some silicone glue. For OFK2 & 3: Insert the fibre into the end pieces as deep as possible.
